OnlyCarts is order-management software that helps SHEIN group-buy consolidators collect, price, and track customer orders. OnlyCarts is not SHEIN, is not affiliated with SHEIN, and is not a party to any purchase — consolidators source items through their own SHEIN accounts, and payment for goods happens directly between a consolidator and their customers, outside the platform.

Consolidator accounts activate immediately on signup. We may decline, suspend, or terminate an account at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, abuse of the platform (including trial abuse), non-payment, or violation of these terms. Customers (the people a consolidator invites via their shop link) don't hold accounts in the traditional sense — they identify themselves with a name and WhatsApp number, and their access is scoped to the consolidator who invited them.

Every new consolidator account starts with a 14-day free trial, available only once, during a consolidator's first two weeks on the platform. Continued use of the consolidator portal after the trial requires an active subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown at signup and in the app. We may change these prices going forward; changes won't apply to a subscription term you've already paid for.

Subscription payments are made directly to the payment accounts shown in the app and confirmed manually — submitting proof of payment starts a review, it does not immediately renew access. If a trial or subscription lapses, the portal locks until you choose a plan; your data is not deleted while locked.

As a consolidator, you're responsible for the accuracy of the prices and items you present to your customers, for actually purchasing and shipping the items you've collected orders for, and for resolving any disputes with your own customers. OnlyCarts does not process customer payments, hold funds, or guarantee delivery — it only helps you track what's been ordered and what's been paid. You're responsible for complying with applicable consumer protection and data protection laws in the jurisdictions where you operate.

OnlyCarts collects the minimum needed to run a group-buy order: a customer's name and WhatsApp number, the items they add to their cart, and any proof-of-payment image they submit. Consolidators can see only their own customers' data — never another consolidator's. Payment card or bank account numbers are never collected or processed by OnlyCarts; payment happens directly between you and your customers.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment of subscription fees, fraudulent or abusive use of the platform, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using OnlyCarts at any time; outstanding obligations to your own customers remain yours to resolve regardless.

OnlyCarts is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for SHEIN price or availability changes, shipping delays, lost or damaged goods, or disputes between a consolidator and their customers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the fees you've paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use OnlyCarts after an update means you accept the revised terms.
